Who you are dealing with

This website is operated by Larchmont Digital, a marketing and technology business in Los Angeles, California. Using this site means you accept these terms.

What we do and do not provide

We provide connected marketing, creative and technology services. The capabilities and scope of each engagement are defined in a separate written proposal and agreement. You can read about our approach on the solutions page.

We are not a law firm and we do not provide legal advice. We do not certify any business as compliant with the CCPA, the CPRA, the California Invasion of Privacy Act, the ADA or any other law. We build and operate marketing systems on a consent-first basis, and we work alongside your own counsel, who remains responsible for those determinations.

We do not provide professional advice in your field and we have no influence on the work you deliver to your own customers. Nothing we publish should be read as either.

Engagements

  • Engagement duration and renewal are defined in the signed agreement.
  • Notice periods and termination terms are defined in the signed agreement.
  • Fees, deliverables and payment schedules are documented in the signed proposal or agreement for each engagement.
  • Advertising spend is paid directly to your selected advertising platform. Media spend and usage-based technology fees are separate from implementation and management fees.
  • Each engagement is governed by its own signed proposal, which prevails over this page where they differ.

What you own

Your business owns its advertising accounts, website files, analytics properties and business data. These remain yours if the engagement ends. Larchmont CRM software access is governed separately by its platform terms; your business data remains yours, and export and transition arrangements are defined in the service agreement.

Accounts are created in your name wherever the platform allows it, and our access is a user permission you can revoke at any time. On final payment, the deliverables we produced for you are yours. We keep the right to our own methods, internal tooling and code libraries, and to describe the work in a case study only with your written permission.

What we need from you

Timely access, timely decisions, and accurate information about your business, your credentials and your claims. We rely on what you tell us about your services, pricing, licensing and staff. You are responsible for the accuracy of that material and for any regulatory approval it requires.

Do not submit your customers’ records or account credentials through our public application form. Any access to customer information required to operate your CRM and follow-up system is limited to the agreed engagement and permissions.

No guaranteed results

Nobody controls search rankings or advertising auctions. We commit to the work described in your proposal and to honest reporting of what it produced. We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, lead volume, sales or revenue, and you should treat anyone who does with suspicion.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim connected to an engagement is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Larchmont Digital SMS Terms

Program and scope. Larchmont Digital sends SMS about your own inquiry: reports you asked for, appointment confirmations and reminders, answers to your questions, and updates on work in progress. New contacts and existing clients must opt in before receiving any SMS. This program does not send promotional campaigns or unsolicited outreach.

How to join. Complete our single-page signup form, where the phone field and separate, unchecked SMS consent box are visible at the start. You can also use our contact form, which shows the same choice in step 3, Your contact details. Select the SMS box if you want texts, complete the other fields and press Start a conversation. By selecting the box and submitting, you agree to these SMS Terms. Consent is optional and is not a condition of submitting the form, purchasing anything, or becoming a client. Providing your number or speaking to us on a call does not enroll you. The full process is described on our SMS program page.

Frequency and charges. Message frequency varies and is typically fewer than five messages per month. Message and data rates may apply, as charged by your carrier.

Stop or resume messages. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You may receive a confirmation of your opt-out, after which we will stop sending SMS. If you previously opted in and later opted out, you can reply START to resume messages within the scope of that consent. START does not replace the initial web-form opt-in.

Help. Reply HELP for assistance, email hello@larchmontdigital.com, or call (213) 377-2097.

Delivery and privacy. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy for how we protect mobile information, SMS opt-in data and consent.
